Who we are

Kurbii is an independent contractor marketplace that connects drivers and riders directly. Kurbii is not a transportation or employer entity. The platform is provided on a monthly-lease basis to independently contracted drivers and associates.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, phone number, and profile photo.
• Driver documents: background-check documents, rideshare insurance, vehicle photo, and driver photo.
• Location data: device location during active rides and, for roadside providers, while they are available on the platform.
• Payment information: driver subscription details and any payment links drivers choose to add to their profile.
• Communications and support: support requests, incident reports, and uploaded evidence.

How we use information

We use your information to operate the marketplace, verify drivers and providers, process rides, enable live tracking, handle payments, provide support, and enforce our safety policies.

How we share information

We share limited information between riders and drivers only as needed to complete a ride (for example, driver profile, vehicle details, and live location during the trip). We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who help run the platform, or when required by law.

Your choices

• You can update your profile and driver listing from the account settings and driver console.
• You can request deletion of your account and ride history through the account deletion flow.
• You can cancel rides before they begin; drivers can also cancel or end a ride through the app.

Data retention

We keep account and ride data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, safety, and operational needs. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal data according to our retention schedule.

Compliance and special protections

Kurbii does not independently assert compliance with HIPAA, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks. Any regulated-health or certification language added here will reflect wording approved by Kurbii's legal or compliance team.
